1. Services
DTDC Packers and Movers is an independent service provider offering packing, moving, transportation, storage, loading/unloading and insurance facilitation services. We have no direct relation with DTDC Courier / DTDC Express Limited.
2. Quotations
Quotations are based on information provided by you and/or our survey. Additional items, changes in address, floor, access or waiting time may change the final charges.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate inventory, addresses and access information.
- Be present (or have a representative) at pickup and delivery.
- Carry cash, jewellery, documents and valuables personally.
- Do not hand over prohibited or hazardous goods.
4. Payments
Payment terms are as stated in your booking confirmation. Goods may be held until outstanding dues are cleared.
5. Liability and Insurance
We handle goods with due care. Carrier liability is limited as per the Lorry Receipt (LR) terms. Transit insurance is recommended and claims are subject to insurer terms. Damage to items packed by the customer or pre-existing damage is not covered.
6. Delays
Transit times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to weather, strikes, road closures, government restrictions or other events beyond our control.
7. IBA Approved Bills
IBA approved bills are provided through our IBA approved vendors. We are not IBA approved ourselves.
8. Website Use
You must not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or generate fake clicks or traffic. We may block IP addresses involved in abusive or fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
